  We had an appointment but vet saw our dog 45 minuets later than our appointment time. Our dog is handicapped and it’s hard for her to stay in her carrier for a long time.

  I had many issues in this place. First, once my dog stayed 7 hours for grooming and he is only a 12 pounds shih-tzu. Second, I brought my dog in for a Bath, asked for a special shampoo/conditioner for allergies and paid extra $18 just for that. They called me after an hour to tell me my dog was ready. I came in to pick him up, paid around $48 for bath/special shampoo + $10 tip for the groomer. Once I was leaving the door, I notice that my dog still had hairy paws and had POOP in his butt. I came back in and I asked what services they've done in my dog. The woman said "we did the shampoo you asked for and that's it". I showed her the poop in my dog's butt, and got on my phone to read what was included in the bath. I read it in loud voice for everyone in there "For dogs that do not need a haircut or for dogs in-between full haircut appointments. Service includes Oxygen-Infused Bath, Tangerine Shampoo, Blow Dry, Up to 15-Minute Brushing, Sanitary Trim, Nail Trim, Ear Cleaning or Flushing, Anal Gland Cleaning, Scissoring Feet & Shaving Pads." and asked why they did not even shaved his paws, since it was really long. She looked at me and said "you have to ask". Seriously? Do I have to ask you to do your job? If all this is included in the bath, why should I ask? I paid $60 dollars for a bath the least I expect is for you to do what it is included in the package. So please be aware, ask for the services you think you're already getting because you must be paying so much money for nothing.
